Refund Policy

With the permission of God Almighty, we guarantee the arrival of the product in a proper condition, and if otherwise, you are entitled to the following:

An alternative product compensation claim.

– Request to return the product and get a refund.

According to the following conditions:

1-The product shall be free from defects.

2-The product is in a damaged condition at the time of receipt. (The product must be photographed at the time of receipt)

3-The request for a refund or replacement does not exceed 24 hours from the date of receipt.

4-The shipping value is calculated for return or exchange by the customer.

  • To request a return / exchange, please contact the customer service via the means of communication registered on the site and provide us with all the data (fill out the form) and the validity of the data is the responsibility of the customer.
  • You will be notified of the re-ordering method
  • After confirming the safety of the product and its accessories to us and verifying its condition, steps will be taken to return the amount to the customer upon requesting a refund,
  • The amount will be transferred to the customer’s account and the shipping amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

* In case of a replacement product

  • If the alternative is not available, you will be contacted at the number registered in the application.
  • “In case of retrieval, the required data are: IBAN number – bank name – account holder name” – customer’s mobile.
